Lebanon – Mrs. Edna A. Woodard Jones, 67 of Lebanon, died Tuesday in Witham Memorial Hospital. She was born, reared and educated at Waveland. She had lived at Jamestown,  Thorntown, Lafayette and Lebanon. Her first marriage was to Clifford E. Woodard, who died in 1948. Her second marriage was at Lafayette to Charles Jones. He preceded her in death in 1974. Mrs. Jones was a practical nurse and had been employed in several Boone County nursing homes, Witham Hospital and Indiana Veterans Home at West Lafayette before retiring in 1967.  Surviving are three sons, Charles and Larry Woodard, both of Lebanon and Tom Woodard of San Francisco; four daughters, Phyllis Woodard of Indianapolis; Mrs. Jake (Naomi) Briles, Mrs. Luther (Carole) Wright and Mrs. Edward (Rita) Muncie all of Lebanon and two stepsons, Edward Woodard of Jamestown and Devon Woodard of Lebanon. Also surviving are six sisters, Fay McAfee of Indianapolis, Betty Terry of Renton, Wash; Helen Rubattino of Lebanon, Edith Paugh of Crawfordsville, Flossie Springer of Waynetown and Mabel Poole of Thorntown; and two brothers, Lee Yaryan of Osprey, Fla and Max Yaryan of Lebanon.
